Fónua will refund or replace any faulty product that is reported within the first 30 days of receipt. Please download and follow the instructions on the
returns form
to have your item returned via our dedicated An Post returns service.
Please provide as much detail as possible about the fault.
Upon return to Fónua, product will be tested and if the fault is replicated, a refund will be made to the original payment method. If a fault cannot be replicated, we may return the product back to you and no refund will be issued.
